Dr. Birdsong started her Practice of Psychiatry in Wilmington in September 2004. She moved from Seattle, where she practiced Adult Psychiatry at the University of Washington.
Dr. Birdsong focuses on forming good relationships with her patients and working with them to find appropriate treatments. She knows there are barriers that can make seeking help difficult and strives to be as accessible as possible. Dr. Birdsong has collaborative relationships with therapists and other health professionals and refers patients when appropriate. She and her staff maintain full confidentiality of services (see Confidentiality & HIPAA policies). Her staff is experienced, professional, and strives to provide excellent service.
