​Dear Patient,

Due to the Coronavirus/ COVID-19 pandemic, I will be conducting ALL appointments via Tele-Health (i.e. online video chat) until further notice.

​If you have an appointment scheduled, it will now be via video chat. Please do not come to the office. If I determine a video chat is not appropriate for your particular situation, I will contact you to make other arrangements.

We will try to make our video chats as similar as possible to a regular office visit. The video platform we will be using is HIPPA-compliant to insure your privacy. All you need is a smartphone with texting ability, a camera, and a microphone (which almost all smartphones have). If you do not text or have a smart phone with these capabilities, please contact our office as soon as possible (910.763.3034). We may be able to make other arrangements (using email and/or a laptop).

Prior to your appointment, there is some paperwork you will need to fill out and submit.
PLEASE VISIT OUR TELE-HEALTH PAGE ASAP for:
  • An explanation of how our video conference will work and what to expect. We've tried to make this process as simple and easy as possible.
  • Links to the forms you'll need to sign and complete (and how to submit them). You can not be seen unless these documents are completed and submitted. Note: new and returning patients have different document requirements...

Please be patient and bear with us as we work out the kinks to this new system. We’ve had to adopt it on short notice. We will return to regular office follow-ups once this pandemic has passed. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE OFFICE FOR ANY REASON. Please stay safe by washing your hands regularly, refraining from touching your face, and practicing social-distancing.
